Kimberly Searfoorce has twenty-five years of experience in employment law, leadership development and human resources. Ms. Searfoorce presents on a variety of topics including Enneagram, conflict, assertiveness, discrimination, bias and inclusion to forums of all sizes. After earning her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, she practiced employment law at Employers Council before shifting her focus to leadership development. During her twenty years at EC, Ms. Searfoorce developed programs and facilitated extensively on employment law matters. After graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder, Ms. Searfoorce gained experience in HR and training.
