Skillscope: 360 Feedback

Skillscope is a robust 360 assessment tool. Developed by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) to support leaders in building effectiveness through feedback, it identifies 15 essential competencies and 98 behavioral items. Each participant selects their raters prior to the session. The session provides an opportunity to interpret and develop a plan in response to the feedback report.

Facilitation Skills
