Employment Matters LLC Flynn Investigations Group is seeking attorney-investigators with demonstrated cultural competency, employment law background, excellent writing/oral/analytical skills, and commitment to the profession of workplace and school investigations. EMFIG investigations provide neutral, third-party factfinding in complex workplace issues, EEO, and Title IX matters (www.emfig.com). The mostly independent work is challenging and rewarding.
Hourly compensation, usually for part-time employees, ranges from $50/hour to $100/per hour. Salaried compensation ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 annually for full-time status (30 or more hours per week) and includes health benefits. Retirement plan participation is available to employees working 1,000 hours or more per year. Bonus potential also included.
